While they’re called
alternators, we like to refer to them as pulley driven electrical DC power
units, because they do more than just recharge the battery as most alternators
are known for. We have new and
re-manufactured units with output from 40 amps up to 375 amps.
We can also rebuild the
existing unit if it makes better economical sense and if parts are available,
or we can manufacturer them in house. We
have a complete machine shop facility to manufacture these sometimes obsolete
parts.
